The Women’s Network (TWN) is the largest collegiate women’s networking organization in North America. Our mission is to cultivate and celebrate women’s ambition by connecting our members to industry leaders, professional development resources, and career opportunities. TWN engages collegiate women and non-binary people at the most transformative time in their lives: as they prepare to enter the workforce and launch their careers. There are currently 45,000+ TWN members spanning our 120 chapters on college campuses in the United States and Canada.

To further deliver on our mission, The Women’s Network is hosting a Virtual Career Fair on Tuesday, February 28th, 2023 for the thousands of TWN members searching for summer internships and full-time jobs.

Jennifer served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President at Roc Nation, an entertainment company boasting the biggest clients in the industry (Did you see Rihanna’s Super Bowl halftime show?!). She was also Jay-Z’s personal entertainment attorney for 17 years, as well as Beyonce’s personal attorney. We are honored to have Jennifer Justice kickoff our Career Fair as our keynote speaker!
